Inspired by the joy, Our Mission:
1. Develop training and user-friendly materials to inform a perspectives on the complex issues that absence of fathers; children will lack proper development, lack family-formation in this contemporary society.
- Needless to say the notion of "the need" of a man/father is going to provoke an outcry from fringe groups that do not value the role of the father. Our position "diversity" is a good teacher for our children. Lacking a diverse and various dialog, our children will lack good and bad models from which they must choose to be good or bad parents.
- Thus at the same time creating a cross reference of materials that develop motherhood materials and discussions.
2. Develop groups curriculum or discussion materials in order to "focus the dialogue" and ensure that the subject of fatherhood/motherhood it is properly and consistently presented and the audience has a informed perspective to learn and share with others.
3. Develop a village (community) dialogue that covers material that are emotionally charged, yet intellectually demanding, and theologically challenging; without which no movement will result in the focused dialogues.
- The goal of this village dialogue is to produce movement/conversation on all levels.
4. This work will demand study and the discipline of listening carefully. "Encouraging" all aspects of society to come to the table:
- We must commit to developing white papers (research, surveys, studies) establishing a intellectual as well as theological participation.
5. Develop use / engage a collaborative leadership model, co-sponsor community-based dialogues
- Set an agenda to have meetings in local churches, community halls; whomever will promote fatherhood models.
6. Build a list of role models who will demonstrate how and why the dialogue is important and valuable. Media personalities, sports stars not just saying it, “father to father” messages, “I want to encourage you, "fatherhood maybe your last chance to be a star to or a role model for your son or daughter.”
7. Subscribe to our monthly newsletter to stay up-to-date on community events, accomplishments,
projects and general reporting.
8. Pass this web site, newsletter to others in your spire of influence; you will never know who is the
person that has the passion to take fatherhood to the next level for the children in your community.
